You invite up to 1 partner on Free (5 on Premium, unlimited on Pro). They receive a traffic-light signal based on your check-in patterns and geofence activity. Green means you're on track. Amber means some risk signals. Red means intervention may be needed. They never see your journal, your answers, or your location.

Is my location tracked?

Only if you enable danger zones. Location data is processed on your device whenever possible. The server only knows whether you're near a zone, not your continuous location. You can disable location features at any time without losing other functionality.
