Day 1
Arrive. Put the story down.
The gate swings open, the lanterns are lit, and nobody here needs your polished version. Opening circle at dusk: say why you came, the real reason, and feel the weight shift when no one flinches.

First partnership retreat
Not a spa week. Not a promised cure. A villa on Crete, mornings that steady you, mountains that ask nothing, fires that tell the truth, and a plan for the day you walk back through your own front door. We've got you.
Why Crete
You've done the white-knuckle version, the quiet bargaining, the 3am promises. This is different. Crete is stone, salt, and silence: an island old enough to hold whatever you bring. Seven days out of the noise, beside people who understand compulsion, doing work that complements the treatment and fellowship you already have. No brochure. No performance. Just space to hear yourself again.
The journey

Day 1
The gate swings open, the lanterns are lit, and nobody here needs your polished version. Opening circle at dusk: say why you came, the real reason, and feel the weight shift when no one flinches.

Day 2
Dawn over the water. Meditation, yoga, or martial arts, you choose the practice, and it becomes yours. Before the mind can run its old loops, you build a baseline of calm to return to when the craving comes looking.

Day 3
Morning check-in, then trigger mapping, HALT, people, places, the feelings underneath. You trace the cycle back to where it really starts, and finally call what you've been naming 'discipline' by its true name.

Day 4
Six hours on a Cretan trail, gorge walls, goat bells, salt on the wind. When the urge rises, you don't negotiate. You feel the wave, let it crest, and keep walking. The body learns what the mind keeps forgetting.

Day 5
Night falls, the flames catch, and people with real years in recovery begin to talk. No guru. No advice theatre. Stories, silence, and the first belonging you haven't had to earn by pretending.

Day 6
Home still holds the old map with the old traps. Together you redraw it, danger zones named, Shield configured, digital boundaries set before you need them. You leave with a plan, not another promise to white-knuckle alone.

Day 7
Closing circle at first light. Pack light: take what landed, leave what doesn't serve. Renovyn goes home in your pocket, daily check-ins, partners, crisis tools, so the retreat isn't where the work ends. It's where it starts.

Daily rhythm
Morning
Practice before the day can ask anything of you, meditation, yoga, or martial arts. You start regulated.
Midday
Pattern work or a long trail, sometimes both. The body keeps what the mind tries to skip.
Evening
Fireside, share, listen, or simply sit. No forced disclosure. Only people who get it.
Evenings
Evenings are where recovery stops being solo. Around the fire: people with years clean, years trying, years honest. Nobody performs. The hard-won truth passes around like warmth, connection beats willpower, every time.
After you leave
You walk off the ferry with Zones mapped, Shield on, and Renovyn in your pocket, daily honesty, accountability signals, crisis SOS, and Buddy for when 3am gets loud. The villa is behind you. We're still with you.

Dates coming
Tell us you're coming. Choose 5, 7, or 10 days, we'll write to you the moment dates and details are set.
Renovyn retreats complement professional treatment and fellowship, they are not clinical care, detox, or a medical device. Renovyn does not promise a cure. If you are in crisis, use the SOS tools in the app or contact emergency services.
